Mirza Musa Khan's will, 1918
Mirza Musa Khan's will, giving a third of his properties to charity and the rest to his inheritors, including his father (Iʻtizad al-Mamalik), his two wives, three sons, and four daughters. Since Najm al-Sadat died earlier, her share of inheritance goes to her mother, Dilshad Khanum, who has settled her share (one-third of one-sixth of Gavahir village, for 15 tumans), and she should have no more claims on it.

Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Power of attorney given by Khanum Saltanat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd Allah and wife of the late Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar from Shiraz, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin (known as Saham al-Shari‘ah), son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to get her share and the share of her daughter, Shazdah Baygum, whose inheritance was transferred to Khanum Saltanat when she died, of her deceased husband's possessions, including household furnishing and money, that her brother-in-law, Sayyid ‘Abd al-Razzaq, holds.

Dispute about Fatimah Khanum's share of inheiritance

Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. Deposition of Rubabah Khanum, Kulsum Khanum, and Halimah Khatun Khanum, daughters of the late Mashhadi Isma‘il Sandali-saz (chair-maker), regarding receiving their share of paternal and maternal inheritance from their brother, Aqa Mahmud, including household furnishings, copperware, dishes, clothing, and the shop's assets, with the exception of two pieces of land. They have settled their share with him in exchange for some nabat (crystal sugar). The two pieces of land remains shared by the siblings and its income will be divided among them.
